All In.Foundation is a donation app that will be released soon in Sweden. The main difference from the rest of the competition is: with extra care from a CEO with a long career in the United Nations, All In can make sure that 100% of your donation goes to the field. No cuts, no administration fees.
In the first moment, we were invited to join this project to do content and release campaign. But after a few research, we understand that what they really need was someone to make the brand concise trough all the touch points, to make a clear webpage, and to work in some very important UX moments such as Onboarding and Retention screens after donation. 
9 weeks after the beginning of this project, we have now a set of brand guidelines that goes from website, to app, to social media. a tested and iterated Onboarding process, and as well a retention flow with social feature to work with behavioral patterns of feeling relevant in relation to a group - by sharing your donation with friends, and to make use of peer pressure, as we discover that is one of the biggest reason to make a non-donor to donate.
